Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request a sample to see the quality?

Yes, you can. We will be giving you the products we have produced before as samples. Note that we will post the samples to you which will take 2-3 working days. If you need it urgently, please speak to our sales consultant to arrange direct dispatch with fees.
Can I get the printed sample before mass production?

Yes, you can. However please note that only one sample is included for the confirmed order, upon receiving the payment. If you would like to see the sample before confirming the order, a minimum fee will be charged to you. Depending on the materials of the product, all samples require extra production lead time.
Do you provide design services?

No, we don't. If you don't have a designer, please engage one to help you with the design. Just a gentle reminder to create the artwork using illustrator and embed the logo, fonts and images inside the AI file.
Do you accept jpeg file?

No we don't accept jpeg file. For confirmed order, we need your artwork in AI format with high-resolution logo and vectors to proceed with production.
Do you have self pick-up option?

We don't have self pick-up option at the moment. If you need the products urgently once they are ready, please inform our sales consultant upon placing the order. For last minute same-day delivery request, we will charge a minimum shipping fee.
Do you provide free delivery?

Yes, we do. We provide FREE courier delivery for the Klang Valley areas. Note that courier delivery normally take 3-5 working days depending on your shipping location. For areas outside of Klang Valley, we will charge you a minimum courier fee based on the total product weight + mileage.
